Employment history for Beneficiary

So my fiance David and I have hired a immigration lawyer for the process. We are filling out all this stuff he needs us to fill out so he can start on the forms. One thing is his employment history. We have all his most recent jobs written on there, but he worked on a few biodynamic farms in the past (5+ years ago) that only lasted 3-10 days each. The lawyer said they only need his employment history for background check purposes. We don't remember what the farms were called or anything or any addresses. Since these jobs were only 3-10 days can we skip them? OR is it extreamly needed to find this info and put it on.

There is no need to list them anyway, since the G325A only asks for employment in the last 5 years, If they were over 5 years ago, they do not go on the form.

Well... he doesn't need 10 years worth, only 5 (as you can see for yourself on the form). If you want to bother remembering past 5 years, go ahead, he's not going to have anywhere on the form he's filing out for you to put them - so it really makes no difference if you can remember those jobs or not.

I just remembered a caveat to my above post. I am not familiar with the DS-160, which is the visa application form completed at the embassy stage (completed online) by K1s, but my visa application (CR-1 via the DS-230) required 10 year employment history and every place I've lived at since age 16 for 1 year or more. So, you may wish to make a note of those items if you can remember them - but you do not need to know them for the I-129f petition on the G-325A form.

The G325A that is required with the I-129F petition only asks for employment for the last 5 years. Also, later in the process when you will need to have the K-1 visa interview and fill out the DS-160, it still only asks for the last 5 years. Nothing for the K-1 asks for employment history for the last 10 years. Your lawyer does not need that information to help you file the I-129F petition or for the K-1 visa.
