2 months means 2 to 3 years minimum so plan your family reunion accordingly...:-)

My medical expired in FEB , but still no call from embassy...i send them da email and got da same reply..anyone here on this forum having the same issue ?

its been 1 year and 3 months now and AP is not getting over :(

Janab Analyst Sahib,

Let me clarify, I was pointing to embassy waloun key tariff. Keh who her beneficiaries ko interview kay bad yeh keh dy tay haien " Every thing is ok, just littte bit more processing is needed in your case. Oh within couple of weeks or at the most in two months this processing will be completed". Phir days turn into weeks and weeks into months and months into years. In other words like Peer, Faqir in Pakistan, who ever goes to them they say "Jo tay rey mun key mourad hay. woh bohat jaldi, chand mahinou may pouri ho gy. So I was coming from that angle.

If you read my previous posts, In one post I stated, AP is JUST controlling method of immigration to USA. PURE and simple. Specially those categories doesn't come under world wide visa numerical. US Embassies specially 3rd world countries immigration flow are controlling with AP.

Sir this pure delaying tactics. AP is nothing more then to slow down the immigration flow from 3rd world countries to US. Koiey pouchay O BAYWAKOOF KAY BAACHO, interview sy phelay, her required document tum ko provide ki ya. Interview kay bad maan li ya. You have doubt, suspicion ya aur koiey kanjar kahna in VO/CO mind. Spell it out, so we know, what the hell VO/CO has in mind. AP is pure BULLSHIT.

i agree...by the way any recommended attorney you know best for writ of mandamus?

Yes I know several people who got visa on first day of Interview and some others got visa in less than 2 months time as well.

its been 1 year and 3 months now and AP is not getting over :(

They only ask for fresh medical when they are ready to work on ones case..otherwise they dont usually ask for it...

Thx u soo much dil ko thora hosla mela ha ka insallah i will be in those 80% of ppl that will get improve with in 3-6 month because lately buhat i was in great deal of stress i am in school for my master and have a baby so cant even do back to be with my husband soooo please remember me in ur prayers May Allah hum sub ki muskil asaan kara aur hum ko humara life partner sa jaldi mela da Ameen

Same problem here...may medical also expired in February and when I contacted the Embassy is they needed a new medical they said no and they give me the same AP answer.
