i had 3 medical it will be my 4th medical.but yaar why they do nt ask police report it expired also.they keep my passport from 2 year.24 march they were going to issue me a visa but they told me they need some more work. do you think when they call for finger prints and oath it mean case done or yes or no

you did all your medicals on a 6 months expiration or a yearly expiration?

when this time they will call for oath/finger prints it simply means your case is done..

please go ahead and pack your bags...odds seems positive in your favor

police report is not required anymore for Islamabad embassy.

why they need oath and finger print again is it requirment of ds260? because i already gives finger prints and oath when i gives interview in 29 may 2012. they ask me police report 2 time fst time when i go for interview then after 1 year they ask again.but not now it is 1 year gone again. is it will be on oath or any interview or questioning?

After reading your post I have mixed feeling about submission of medical, because last week my wife submitted medical 2nd time. How many time have you submitted DS230 and DS260.

I think when they call you 2nd time for oath and finger prints then I think it's a done deal. I mean manhoos AP should be considered to be over. Just re-submission of medical and other papers doesn't mean any thing.

It is matter of time, eventually 99% they have to give you visa. If you case is genuine and all required paper has been submitted. There is no way they can deny visa. Hang in like rest of us, you and your wife should recite sourah Mozamil. Insha-Allah kam ho jaiey ga.

Hey guys by the grace of almighty Allah my visa has been issued finally i couldn't believe i had to re-check my online status numerous times if it's really issued. It was like dream come true, i have been on this process since 2011 First it was K-1 which was revoked & now CR-1 (i130) im so so happy today is the happiest day of my life. My wife has been waiting on me for more than 3 years but eventually Allah pak has listened to our prayers its all because of blessing of parents and prayer of my

wife.I cordially want to thank all VJ friends for being so helpful and supportive and also for the encouragements you guys have give us when we were so stressed out due to lenghty AP. I wish you all best of luck those who are soon going for finger prints good news on their way. And also i want to say to all my brothers and sisters still stuck in AP, please don't lose your hopes be strong inshallah soon you will get it.
