Fiance and I so excited. Recieved notification that Petition has been approved and it says wait for instructions coming in mail with hard copy of NOA2. Could someone tell us what those instructions may be and what is next step?

Thanks!!!!

Oh the Visa fee do I pay that for K1& K 2 visa?

Yes you pay a separate visa fee for each applicant (K1 & K2 ) with deposit receipts for each

Don't forget to bring the passports for all those who you are paying for otherwise you will not be able to pay the visa fee. Also, if you choose to go to BPI to pay, make sure it is one of their larger branches. We have read that there is a "Family Branch" and they cannot except payment.

It starts to move faster now and the fun begins. Good luck.

Thank you Greenbaum! I replied to you earlier on my Iphone while at work but I don't see it on here so I will repeat that. Fiance lives in small city with only one branch of BPI (Pagadian City). She will ask them tomorrrow if they accept the payments.

So after I pay for the visas and have case number I schedule medical?

Thanks!

You schedule USEM Interview and then want to do medical at least 2 weeks or more before interview date.

Also if you registered online with USCIS you should get an e-mail when they ship your NOA2 to NVC and then after a week keep calling till you get your MNL#

You have to wait for your manila case number from NVC before paying the visa and scheduling appointment at the USEM and registering online for St. Lukes.

Good Luck!

I'll give you LOVE to last for a lifetime.- Bob wub.png
