Service or Expedite request??? 7 months...

I sent for the I130 which was received in April 2013. Since then I have heard nothing. I have done 3 infopass appointments, one in september, october, and now november. Nothing learned or gained. I asked to speak with a supervisor today at the Infopass appointment, he suggested sending a letter in. So, I am considering either a Service request or requesting for my case to be Expedited.

Any help or suggestions?

What basis do you have to expedite. You can't just expedite because you don't want to wait. However if you have good cause and meet the criteria go for it.

There's over 500,000 waiting stand alone I-130 that got backlogged in this mess.

They have been transferring I-130's all over the place maybe yours will get transferred also.

Wait alil longer. USCIS is in the process of transfering April filers. From what I have read on the April 2013 thread, you should expect a transfer of your file to either NSC, CSC or TSC in the next week or so.

Look up the April 2013 thread and read the last few pages of posts.

thank you, i will read that post. I just saw our stuff will be transferred to california.
