Hi everyone,

My husband (USC) filed our petition I-130 on Monday (11th nov) we are still waiting to hear back with our case # etc. We both live together in Ireland.

If in 2/3 months we haven't recieved interview date could I call the USCIS and ask for an expedite on grounds that his visa will be running out over here and we don't want to be separated?

That wouldn't be grounds for expedite. No one wants to be separated.

3rd May 2013 - Married in London
7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)

Teacup, this waiting is unbearable sometimes. You're lucky that you still have your husband with you. I haven't seen mine ( except on FaceTime) since end of May! Roll on 3rd Dec, when he arrives for a whole month! But I'm sure I'll still be saying goodbye to him after Christmas for another few months. Arghhh..
