Well mailed out my wife's packet (3 years married to US Citizen) today suppose to be at Phoenix Lock by Monday. When everything finally gets started one trip to St Louis, MO for biometrics then one trip to Kansas City, MO for Interview. I'm glad either directions is about the same amount of time and mileage. New to this forum, but glad the whole immigration journey is almost over! Mailed my application based on 3 year rule to Lewisville, TX and they receieved on 12/4. Have not recieved a text/or email notification from the G-1145. Will keep everyone posted. Thanks.

I received my rejected N400 this morning through UPS. It did have tracking number....so USCIS just needs to get their stuff straight. With my package was a letter stating :

We are returning your N400 application and money orders for the following discrepancy. A review of your application indicates that you are filing for naturalization udner seciont 319 (b) of the Act. To be eligible for naturaliztion under this section, the alien spouse of a United States citizen must establish that s/he will depart the United States to join the citizen spouse within 45 days from the date of naturaliztion. You may return your application, supporting documents and fling fee to this office wit hthe required documentation for preocessing.

I mailed my military orders showing our departure together...with the date of arrival in Korea. Obviously it was not reviewed in enough depth to see that. So this time i have highlighted and marked the page showing the information. I called to make sure no ohter evidence was needed that the lady that will be receiving my packet said military orders will be fine. So i will mail it again today.

Hi All...Sent in N-400 on Dec 5th received next day Dec 6th to Lewisville Tx. Applying based on married to a US citizen. Wish I had known about G1145. Also sent in cashier's check so no way to track the check either.

Sent the following items along with the application

1- Front and back copy of the Resident card (GC)

2 - Two photos taken as instructed

3 - Marriage license

4 - Passport copy of spouse (Inside cover and the one with the signature)

5 - Birth certificates of children

I believe that covers it all for the application based on being marrried to a US citizen ...Waiting game begins. Wish all of you luck!
