I have looked before I asked but can not specifically find my answer. So I am sorry if this has been answered already.

First if a co-sponsos is needed and lets just say the total family amount will be 5. The income amount needed is 29,250. Now my question is what is the co-sponsor's income is only 20,000 and the petitioner's income is only 2,000 and there are no assets to use. I know you can use more than one co-sponsor. So can it be done like this:

Fiance- 2,000 a year

Co-sponsor #1- 20,000

Co-sponsor #2- 12,000

Total of income for the year 34,000.

This would meet more than the income amount needed for the family of 5. Can it be done this way????

I was also reading about expressing willingness to deposit a bond to immigration to guarantee the beneficiary will not become a public charge.

How does this work and how much does it cost for the bond deposit and paper work if needed? Thanks as always, WJR.

How are you calculating family size of 5?

You, your fiance, and 3 children?

You don't count your parents as your DEPENDENTS, so if you or your fiance have no children the count would be 2.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I am not sure if 3 people well below poverty level add up to valid fiance visa sponsorship. What does your fiance do to earn $42.67 a week?

Your highest earning sponsor earns just $20000 a year, which means in all likelyhood that person is working without their own health care coverage, and obviously won't be able to put you under the umbrella of health care coverage he/she doesn't even have.

I don't want to rain on your parade, but how could the two of you possibly live? How is your fiance housed? You could be spending 6 to 12 months not working when you arrive.

I hope this can work out for you, I understand loving someone and being in a great financial situation are not always things which occur at the same time, but your situation sounds pretty extreme.

Good luck.

I was just giving as an example; If an income of 5 was needed and one sponsor did not work could because does not meet the income level, can another one be brought in, (even though) they do not meet the income level, but with the petitioner and the two co-sponsor's income combinded they meet over that amount. I was wanting to know if it can be combinded like that?

Actually the income I put down for myself was hypathetically speaking, did not want to put down my actual earnings. The reason I ask is I just found out that our co-sponsor is shy the income amount by a couple of grand. so I was just wanting to know if two sponsors incomes, along with my income can be combined. I am not worried about housing him etc, there is no problems with this, and health insurance will be bought once he is here. Just need to know if the combination of all can be done, and to find out about the willingness to deposit a bond with immigration and how it works.

Actually, the sponsor ALONE must meet the requirements. Your sponsor will have to overcome the poverty guideline on his own, for his entire household plus your fiancee. You can't add two sponsor's income together to overcome the poverty guideline.
