Might receive a RFE???

hey VJ's,

i just checked on the RFE Masterlist and now i am getting worried as hell......my fiancé sent in the short version of his birthcertificate, he is born in Chicago, we both have gasps on our G-325A at the times when we were unemolyed and we also didn't send a birthcertification from me in, since we thought the bc from the U.S. citizen is the one they want. We sent a few pages of my passport along, if that might help......

We filed at TCS, can anyone tell me, if they think, that we will get a RFE for that???? :( i don't want to wait longer than i have to, you all know how that is :(

There is no sense in worrying because you don't know if you'll get an RFE. Remember that all applications mailed to Texas and Nebraska are automatically being forwarded to California (and this has been going on for months).

My fiance and I also forgot to write down our gaps (for unemployment) but we didn't receive an RFE for that - or for anything for that matter.

If you're really worried about something in particular and it would make you feel better you could prepare documentation for what you think the RFE may be for.

That way if you receive one you'll have everything ready to send quickly.

It's better to sit back and relax and wait for CSC.

I doubt if you will get an RFE for that! I didnt send a birth Certicate for my fiance and she is from the Philippines, and my petition was approved. I only sent one side of my certificate. I also sent passport pages too. As long as the 325 is accurate you should have no problems.

You may need long version of one in the future, if you could get one without too much trouble just to have on hand might be a good Idea
