Oh thank I God for all his help we are finally approved!

I can't beleive it! I was so depressed last night about not being with my fiance, then I wake up to check my email to find 3 emails from the UCIS saying our petition was approved!

I was an October 12th NOA1

God bless The California service center!

I wish everyone the best of luck with their peteitions, and everyone that filed in october, I would say that your time is coming very soon.

I hope everyone gets a nice present this year that can only warm the heart

Yep...seems that sometimes just as you are so depressed and can;t wait any longer, the approval comes!

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

I'm still trembling....

I was so shocked I couldn't move for a while..

And on a saturday?

I got no touches at all, and then BOOOM! Approved!

Man, It shows if you have faith in God, and if you really pray he will grant you your request for happines...

This sure is gonna make my weekend the best weekend ever!

Congratulations!! It's soooo good to see them moving onto some of the October filers, gives me hope that our NOA2 may only be a few weeks away if we're lucky!! :D:dance:

(oh... don't forget to update your timeline, btw! I'm getting obsessed with those things, 'cos every time I see a new approval appear on there, it cheers me up! Can't even imagine how happy I'll be when ours finally arrives!!)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I know how you feel i was depressed as well the same day that i got our approval in the mail but as you see its so worth the wait when you finally get that letter, or email. I wish you both all the best on the rest of your journey.

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

Thanks for everone's encouragment and advice throught my journey in this K1 process...

Its not over yet, at least one part is over with..

I just want to get her Interview date soon so i can start planning everything..

Do you know more or less what the wait time is on at least getting the date of her manila interview?
