When did you put in your last one? Cause I've been trying to put in another e-request but it keeps telling me that there already is a request for my case number.... But if you can, I'd say do it, it can't hurt right?

I called many times and i got the same answer about backlog of Vermont Service Center. today i sent a e-request, lets see what will come up, by the way do you guys know how long doest it take to get the reply?

USCIS-

Vermont Service Center

01/28/14: NOA1 (Priority Date)

03/24/15: Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

03/28/15: Hard copy of transfer received in mail

07/02/15: NOA2 ( I-130 Approved) - finally after long wait.

07/13/15: NOA2 (I-130 Approved letter hard copy)

NVC -

07/21/15: NVC received the case (informed during phone call to NVC on 07/25/2015)

xx/xx/15: Welcome letter received by e-mail

xx/xx/15: Agent chosen by phone

xx/xx/15: AOS FEE sent my mail

08/xx/15: IV FEE payment sent by mail

xx/xx/15: AOS Package sent to NVC

xx/xx/15 : DS-260 Available and completed

PD 11/26 two service requests same security check answer, got senator involved, his office got same reply. Contacting Ombudsman through Lawyer today. Very frustrated.

i have the same situation today i sent my e-request and i don't know how long does it takes for them to reply an e-request? i just sent for the first time an e-request.

Took about 2 weeks I think. Problem is they tell you nothing. Have called and talked to them, same thing. Just security checks pending. I log into USCIS and case last updated 12/04. Don't know what else to do.

My last one was July 30th. They say it's pending security checks.

We put in a new service request today...I guess if it's still stuck in security checks I'd rather know than expect to get our approval any day now....

6/5/2013 got married

11/14/2013 mailed I-130

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)

Just contacted my Senator and signed a Info Release Form. Now I'm waiting to see what will happen. Also tried to put in another service request and it will not let me because it is saying I currently have a service request on file. My last service request was 7/30/14 which is more than 30 days. Anyway I give up. Whatever, whenever....there's nothing else to do. Also it's now 9 mths since I filed my I130 for my husband.

Wow it's so sad that people from November is still waiting to be approved. November filer are at least 2 months away from a year of waiting. I hope they approve you guys fast.
