Have anyone heard anything yet, next Friday will make exactly three (3) months and still waiting on NOA 2cray5ol.gif

People who filed in August are just starting to see approvals now, that means at LEAST 3 more months, and that's being optimistic.

People who filed in August are just starting to see approvals now, that means at LEAST 3 more months, and that's being optimistic.

I filed at the end of April and still haven't gotten approval. It was transferred to NSC on Dec 5th, otherwise not a peep out 'em. The transfer notification letter implied I should hear something within 60 days which is still a few days away, but I've already started emailing them to ask how much longer it will be delayed, since it's already been NINE MONTHS. My understanding is that they are working on newer ones to make their average waiting time look better, so the folks who filed after I did may have hope for a shorter wait time. I'm apparently part of the backlog that's being ignored for now.

We called re our case just to see what they said. USCIS said processing was still March 20 2013.

10/28/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad

11/01/13-I-130 received at facility

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

(Money Order not drawn on US account)

11/25/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad with correct method of payment.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

12/12/13-Checked USCIS site for Case Status. Seen our case is in initial Review.

12/16/13-Received Hardcopy NOA1 in mail.

Feb 5-crossed border to US to see hubs and son off at airport. Flew to CA to establish domicile.

Feb 11-Case touched to update hub's change of address

We called re our case just to see what they said. USCIS said processing was still March 20 2013.

That's just what the website says. Those idiots know less than we do (but probably get paid way too much for their meager and inefficient services). You should point out to them that the official wait time for an I-30 there is 8.7 months and that March 20 was more than 10 months ago, so obviously one of those numbers is not true.

but.. they don't stick to their rules lately.

Hey guys.. Finally found you Nov. Filers!! Our priority/noa1 date is nov 15 2013, we did the i129f too (I know all the obsolete stuff but oh well like others just trying it), which is dec 10th for that noa1. Like the couple from CAnada mine both went directly to nebraska, and the ARN changed on my i130 after i129f got there.

Does anyone know anything or have any idea on if nebraska is good/bad thing and ARN changing is a good/bad thing?

Also, what are your guys' estimated (or hopeful) time frame for approval? I know the website hasn't updated in at least two months.

Exactly!! That's what I just saw and am confused about... Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know which month to even have hope for anymore...?
