When I had checked this afternoon I saw 6.4 months for Texas, it must be an error!

I do not think TSC is slow because my friend's hubby sent the application Feb 10, 2014 and after couple of weeks they got RFE and my friend is not from the Philippines. So she is not expedited. They just sent their RFE docs last week.

Just got off the phone with the disinformation line. I tried to put in a service request, but the system spit it out and send that they are up to Oct. 3 at Vermont for I-130's, which makes sense from what we see here on VJ. So much for the much vaunted "5 month processing window."

I had him put in the request with me on the phone, the computer spit it out and said I could only file a service request if my I-797 was from on or before 3 Oct. 2013. I believe from what I see here on VJ that this, and not 14 Nov 2013 (id est 5 months) is an accurate assessment of where they are.

Well we went from 7 to 11 approvals per day for a couple of weeks to 3 or 4 per day last week. So far today - zip. The way things have been going lately if there's one and only one approval today, it's likely to be an expedite.

Well Oct 3rd still puts in with a shout of approval before the end of May. I can live with that but not much longer.

Also remember they released two of their numbers early, office processing dates and estimated times. I think after they release the gross numbers for February things will pick up again. Hopefully that will be this week.

Just saw something disturbing: went to the status check page and clicked the processing time function on the bottom: Nebraska disappeared, and Texas Service Center shows 22 months (!!!) of lead time for I-130. WTH?

According to the October spreadsheet, they are halfway though. VSC is at 40% after they sent out a shed load of approvals yesterday :)

No work done in two weeks, really USCIS. I thought the ball would be rolling so fast. When they start approving September petitions they went right into October with no delay. I thought it would be the same for November, but no they came to a stop :ranting::protest:
