I just basically cleared out October and threw some November headers in there. I've left it completely edit-able because I probably won't have time to maintain it or create a proper form for it, so if someone would like me to pass it onto them just let me know smile.png I realize in doing this open for edits it also lets everyone with the link see my email, I don't think there's any way to suppress that unless we move to a form-based response.

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

(Money Order not drawn on US account)

11/25/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad with correct method of payment.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

12/12/13-Checked USCIS site for Case Status. Seen our case is in initial Review.

12/16/13-Received Hardcopy NOA1 in mail.

Feb 5-crossed border to US to see hubs and son off at airport. Flew to CA to establish domicile.

Feb 11-Case touched to update hub's change of address

I really doubt there'll be any nov approvals before may. They have to get thru July, August, sept and October transfers and approve them before they touch us. Most places aren't even finished with July and June yet... Especially nebraska.

Look at the other spreadsheets. There's a LOT before they get to us. Transfers do not mean approval. In most cases they pass the "60 day decision" promise they tell the transfers.

I disagree. Vermont just started processing and some OCtober people are getting NOA2. California is ahead of the pack. IMO we will see November NOA2's by this time next month.
