I am HUGELY disappointed by this.

I think this is different than the Oct 31 meeting I was told would occur -- that was supposed to be with the NBC, notes here are from a USCIS conference -- but there is absolutely no attention paid to the I-130 backlog here.

My real hope is that this USCIS conference was just not intended to address our issues and the AILA reserved questions pertaining to I-130s for the alleged NBC conference. I'm horrified to think they

You've got to be kidding me. AILA is clearly not paying attention to anything pertaining to USC petitions.

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

12.02.2013 - CFO seminar

12.12.2013 - I-130 approved, NOA2 via email (never transferred); shipped to NVC

12.30.2013 - NVC received the case

01.06.2014 - requested expedite due to typhoon and PCS

01.08.2014 - Case # and IIN; submitted DS-261; NVC asked for 2 contact #s of beneficiary

01.09.2014 - AOS fee billed

01.14.2014 - AOS fee showed paid

01.15.2014 - IV fee billed; expedite approved

My real hope is that this USCIS conference was just not intended to address our issues and the AILA reserved questions pertaining to I-130s for the alleged NBC conference. I'm horrified to think they could actually be so oblivious to what's going on. 5 minutes on the USCIS website would show pretty clearly that processing times are right about where they should be for everyone except us. I'm so ticked. We better see some notes out of an NBC conference soon.

Yes, I think they're referring to the reduced time for I130's for LPR's. Obviously, even to the lawyers who represent us, we count for nothing.

i crack up at the lawyers some of you are in contact with or even hired..they are totally useless to our cause..

Except to get the word out for us. Lawyers tend to run in circles with more influence than me. It's smart to try to win them to our side. I haven't hired any of them, but that's because they seem superfluous for my situation. Mine is a straight-forward case. I can see why other people would need a lawyer to help them though.
