Dear all who have not yet been applied,

Please do not lose hope and cheer up!

Have you made an infopass and gone in person? I was an November filer and got no response even though I filed e-requests. I made an info pass, went in person 10 days ago and they told me "oh ROC can take up to 2 years" And I said, oh well, that wont do. I guess I will need to contact the Ombudsman because the official site does say 6.5 months.

Magically, my card went into production the morning after...It is really worth your time to go in person. Be nice and polite of course, but let them know you will take the next option.

I really do feel there was movement in my case because I went in person. So please, try and go in person with infopass. It's worth it!

Hi intergalactic....Yes I did put in a bunch of service requests and called as well a couple of times.

Now I leave it in the hands of our senator and will see what turns out.

No RFE etc.

The answer that I always get is that my case is pending adjustication so I don't know!

VickyP, i am as frustrated as you are. i filed received NOA1 10/01/2013, fingerprinted same month, file transferred to CSC also in october and no response yet

so any good news from the senator? I filed in december, and all I know is that my case is in processing hold because of the pending security check. We will be contacting them next week.

All I can say is that this is frustrating and the problem is that can't do nothing about it.

Hey Intergalactic...nothing yet sadly...they don't have any info when I call or send online requests.

All I can do is waiting on what the Senator will find out I guess

If I would just know what the issue is....no RFE still ...nothing!!!
