I am a march filer too.. My petition is transfered to California too.. They have to give us decision within 11 months means its already 8 months.. should not take more than 2 months.. if not given in 12 months, we can file a lawsuit against them lol! seriously

You can't file a suit against federal policy or the process! They are immune ... but that was funny anyways.

Timeline

I too sent my papers in April 2012, got my NOA1 May 2nd, and have little news. At first my connecting House of Representatives officer sent an email saying my wait would be another 6 months from September (aka. I'd hear something in February). Then I got news my papers are being PREPARED to transfer to another service center from NBC but I have yet to hear anything. 6 months down, can't get weary now.

October 29 - Transferred from NBC/MSC to CSC

November 18 - RFE

---- waiting for the mail what documents they need to us ----

  • Mar. 11, 2013 - NOA1

  • Oct. 17, 2013 - Called USCIS to change the address

Oct. 30, 2013 - Case Transferred to CSC

Nov. 18, 2013 - RFE

Nov. 25, 2013 - Address Changed

Dec. 02, 2013 - RFE hardcopy

Dec. 07, 2013 - RFE sent

Dec. 10, 2013 - CSC received our response

Dec. 13, 2013 - NOA2

Dec. 20, 2013 - NOA2 hardcopy

Dec. 24, 2013 - NVC received our case

Jan. 21, 2014 - Case number by calling NVC

Jan. 30, 2014 - Case number, IIN and to pay AOS (email)

Jan. 30, 2014 - DS261 available and submitted

Feb. 01, 2014 - AOS bill invoice and Paid

Feb. 04, 2014 - AOS bill invoice shows Paid

Feb. 06, 2014 - Received email to pay IV bill invoice
