Hi,

So I just sent my I-129F package for my fiance in Colombia. Assuming there are no issues, what are the the turnaround rate that you're seeing during the last couple months to receive the NOA2? I believe my case will be handled in the Vermont Service Center.

8-27-2014 - Early Walk-in SUCCESSFUL!

10-9-2014 - EAD has been Mailed - IN TRANSIT!

10-11-2014 - EAD Received!! :)

I just received NOA2 from the Texas Service Center after 67 days. I don't know how they assign workload balance but currently TSC has the fewest petitions in progress and as such appears to have a very quick turnaround time. I hope you guys get sent to TSC =) It will tell you when you receive NOA1 which service center your petition has landed in.

6 months according to their site.

I was fortunate enough to get my I-129f approved in just over 3 out of Vermont, but I've seen others who are still waiting approaching the 6 month mark. (Had the approval waiting for me when I got back from a trip to England, which was great.)

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding
