Embassy send me 2 emails 1 of my email reply

1st is got on 27th Oct 2013

Thank you for your inquiry.

We have just reviewed this case and can confirm the case, like many others, is still undergoing administrative processing, a critical part of the visa application process, that can be neither expedited nor waived. We are unable to predict the amount of time this will require.

Once the administrative processing is complete, we will contact you. We know how frustrating this wait is for our applicants. Please rest assured that this case has neither been forgotten, nor slipped through the cracks.

Sincerely,

Immigrant Visa Unit

Consular Section,

American Embassy

Islamabad, Pakistan

2nd is got on 28th Oct 2013

Thank you for your email.

As per our available information, your case is still under administrative process. An integral part of visa adjudication process that can neither be waived nor expedited. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the amount of time this will require. We will, however, contact you as soon as this process is finished.

In addition, you need to provide fresh following documents in order for us to update the visa case file, via one of our approved courier offices.

1) Completed/signed visa forms DS230 (part I & II)

2) Medical examination report (from panel physician)

3) 2 visa photographs (white/off white background)

Sincerely,

IV Unit, Consular Section,

U.S. Embassy, Islamabad.

Now tell me i have to send fresh Documents or wait for Administrative process to be end?

What I read from the 2nd email is this:

They are requesting info to update your file, in order to process the visa ASAP when AP is done. This doesn't necessarily mean that they expect AP to be done ASAP, but it certainly doesn't mean that they expect it to last for much longer.

I'm not well versed on AP, but from what I gather, it's an informational black hole.

Provide fresh/latest documents as instructed.

Get your medical examination conducted on priority

Fill in and sign DS-230 afresh

Even take new photos

Send these to embassy through their courier service, otherwise, from this point onwards, the case is pending on your side. Once you submit everything, it's complete from your side and you have to wait for AP to finish.

Good Luck!

P.S. And I don't know if Police Report is applicable in your case or not. In most cases it is, and usually they expire within 3 months. I suggest you keep that document in the oven too, because if it expires, embassy solicits a latest one as well.
