My husband and I also checked the processing time for NBC and it always says the same thing, but this link shows the opposite. NBC is processing petitions with an NOA1 date of March 13, 2013...

I don't follow the processing times that USCIS post. They are never accurate. You can see in this month alone there are already a few May filers who have been approved. I just hope that's not true because it's not really fair to people applied in Feb March and April

I know it's unfair. I feel bad for those that are still waiting that filed before May, but there have been quite a few May approvals per the recent timelines. But you know this is just people putting their own info in so it could be that some approvals have not been added (Feb, Mar, Apr) if the person has not added them.

Me we flied in april 2013 and till nw we are waiting for NOA2

7 month of waiting and still nothing

So i will apply for toursit visa to see my wife

yeah you're right Angela, it just means that people are not updating their info. It doesn't mean that NBC is not working on Feb, Mar and Apr NOA1

Hi, My wife has filed application I-130 for my spouse (Husband) and trying to find out what is current wait time. if you can please assist. here is timeline below..

Feb 21st 2013 application sent to Chicago Lock Box
Feb 23rd 2013 acknowledgment of receipt by USCIS per their website
Feb 26th 2013 Received-NOA1

I didnot receive NOA2 yet. The time already went 8 months and above.

My wife visit local USCIS office and they said it will take 8 months more what a bull ###### of this mad.gifmad.gifmad.gifmad.gifmad.gifmad.gifmad.gifmad.gifmad.gif
