A few questions regarding the medical I have recently submitted DS-160 and accompanying paperwork to London on the 17/10/2013 and received confirmation of receipt on the 18th October.

I have my medical booked on the 25th November 2013 they have asked for my medical history and vaccination history.

A couple of quick questions

1) How long until I am notified of my interview.

2) Is the request for medical history normal?

1. About 6 weeks from when they get the last piece of info on you (either your returned forms or your medical results, whichever is last).

2. They want to know your vaccination history - so you only need that. If you've got an existing condition, or have ever had a mental illness (depression, self harm, suicide attempts), or have ever had TB etc. then they'd like info on that. Look at the medical questionnaire you complete to get an idea of what they're likely yo be interested in (stuff you respond "yes" to). If you're basically healthy, just the vaccination records are needed.

Thanks have got everything together now and booked Medical for the 5th, I have completed the questionnaire.

I should hope fully have enough evidence because my consultant has given me the last ten years letters.
