MRV/Courier Payment Problems

So we're trying to follow the instructions here: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV019_fiance_appt_letter.pdf

Followed the link in there to the U.S. Immigrant Visa Applications page. Make an account, go to add an applicant, and now there's problems.

First, there is no K option in the list of visas. Second, it asks for a DS-160 number, which we didn't fill out one because we submitted our documents back in September.

What gives?

Then hit "Paying for a K Visa" first.. Don't go down the list. However, as you now have seemingly used your email registering for the other kinds of visas you will need to use a different or new email address.

Yeah we figured it out yesterday, trouble was the email she tried to use was already in use, so she may have created an account previously for some reason.

Used a new one and got it worked out finally.
