hello guys what can you say about nebraska and california service center?its fast or slow also..just wondering becuase as i read news from uscis I130 petition transferred to this service center.any one exeprienced this service center?thank you very much

Has nothing to do with the service center really has everything to do with what they are processing at the time. If focus is all on I-130 (and it’s not) than it’s should be fast. Since K1’s are processing there also and F2A’s (which are getting processing under 60 days) we can only hope. There are K1’s there over 1 year so fast no.

yes we recieved that, october 23 sent to local office then october 24 sent to uscis again..

for my case, we were notified yesterday that they will transfer it to another office for further processing..then today, another email saying that they sent it to my husband's local office that has a jurisdiction on our case..i don't know whats happening..hoping for good news soon..

People have been getting 3 emails on average before they get the hardcopy of the transfer notice in the mail. The hardcopy you get in the mail should tell you which service center it was sent to. If you don't want to wait to find out, then call the USCIS and tell them that you're getting conflicting information in the emails and need to speak to a tier 2. They should be able to tell you where your case actually is.

Its normal. Its a structured pattern of email that state a case has been transferred to local office. But in hardcopy of notice, they will mention name of service center. Most probably,it would be nebraska. Our case has been transferred from vermont to nebraska and its definitely faster than vermont. We received approval on Nov 6.

I got transferred to Nebraska 14 days ago, and nothing yet. I've only seen 4 approvals from Nebraska. I've seen several from California. Nothing from Texas..

I need to know to which service center my petition has been routed? 3 months completed from NOA1. Havent received or got updations for file transferring. Its still on initial review. So at this situation, Can i call USCIS to know my service center ? or contacting congressman would help?
