I was given the vaccine shots during the medical and was asked to have the second shot a month after but I forgot about it. Will this have an implication on my POE? i already have my visa, I was just thinking if theyre gonna check the vaccine records and what are they gonna do if they found out I dint get my second dose of vaccine shots.

Shouldnt be a big deal. They might just ask you to take it ASAP. Which visa are you coming in with?

I just got my vaccinations from my doctor as I'm getting ready for my medical shortly. My family doctor has written down my vaccinations and the dAte I had them on a prescription pad with her practice information on it. My question is will this be ok as documented proof I have what is required.

What are they expecting me to show As proof?

Nope, they dont want anything beside your visa,and medical packet. they will give you your record, KEEP IT and then have it done,
