K1 Processing

Hi everyone, just want to ask regarding K1 processing. My Fiance had received already a noticed that his petition was approved with the Manila Case No. Please advise if do i have to wait the noticed before scheduling my medical exam and pay my visa application or i can proceed now. Its been 3 weeks already since we received the noticed. Thank you and God bless u!

Since you have your manila case number, you can go ahead and pay the fee, schedule the medical and interview

Hope your doing fine. Anyway, on your query, could you check your case # here at the link. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

This will tell you the status of your case. Hope this will help you.

If you received another packet or notification from the Consulate with instruction, I believe this is what you need to do, because there are some forms that the Consulate only issue officially thru mail or email. Mine here in Qatar, i received my packet instruction and forms via email after 4 weeks since NVC sent the packet to Consulate.
