me have finally taken the plunge we got married in april after being together 7 years and husband moved back to florida in august to start work, get out home ready etc and we are currently getting everything together to apply for i-130.

we have 5 children between us, my daughter her father isnt on birth certificate so i dont see that being a problem in out application but my son from a previous marriage his father is on birth certificate and i have a residency order due to ex husbands behaviour - threats to kill kidnap etc, my son doesnt know this man he has always known my husband as dad ( we got together when my son was 18 months old) will the fact his dad on birthcertificate and i have residency order effect my application or will i need to do anything extra?

Also we have 3 sons together our eldest was born in usa so he is sorted and the other 2 i was going to go to london and do a consular report birth abroad for them so i wont need to add the 3 boys anywhere will i?
