My fiance approval of i129 with USCIS will expire November 5, 2013, and we still didnt recieve packet 4 from the Embassy.

What happens now???

I read another post a while back that if you pursuing your K-1 visa, the embassy will extend the validation of I-129F. But to be safe, better to give a call or send an email to them. Good luck.

They usually automatically extend the validity date, but send an email to your consulate about it just to make sure.

The approved petition can be extended for up to a year by the embassy, they do extension 4 months at a time. Contact the embassy

my cousin had a same problem and they called the us embassy at the philippines..and they gave her schedule on medical and interview hope that help good luck
