Medical results... for AOS?

My interview was Aug 30th and I have not looked at any paperwork since then. Today I applied for my SSN and am being to prep to file for AOS.

My question is- upon looking at my package from my interview I do not have my medical anymore. Was Montreal supposed to give that back to me? If so, they didn't.

Do I need the actual medical for AOS? I have nothing but the CD and immunization paper it came with from Dr. Seiden.

hmmm???

03/09/2014- checked USCIS website and saw update saying "Card/Document production" for I-485

03/13/2014-AOS approved. Received Welcome Letter (i-797)

03/17/2014-Green Card arrived in the mail

3/21/2017- Text and emails stating card was mailed out

3/24/2017- Rec'd Greencard in the mail

There should be a paper that you got from your Dr. That could be the immunization paper you are talking about. You don't need to redo your medical but you do need to provide a copy of that paper.

medical stuff was in the do not open packet you gave at POE. The USCIS has it on file.

From what I have read when I prepared for the AOS is that you just need to send in a copy of the immunizations that you got back.

2011-05-21: Matched on eharmony (clearly not in my 60 mile radius preference!)

2011-07-30: Met in Ottawa

2011-08-28: Day I knew I wanted to spend my life with her

2012-01-21: I proposed, outside in the freezing cold!

2012-02-06: Mailed out K-1 via FedEX

2012-02-10: NOA1

2012-08-01: NOA2

2012-08-17: Packet 3 received (email)

2012-09-10: Packet 3 sent

2012-09-12: Packet 4 received (email) with request for 2 photos

2012-10-29: Medical in Toronto

2012-11-06: Interview - Approved!

2013-04-05: POE Thousand Islands

2013-04-20: Wedding
