what does the date on your NVC letter say? Actually, mine said September 9, but as you can see, mine was completed about two weeks ago.. so take off two weeks from my tracking and they should be working on your case..

So September 26 was your NVC letter date (saying they sent your case to Guangzhou)? That means you have another week or two (considering this week is half-week).. you should get something moving before December 15 (my estimate)... at that time, then end of January for interview (take some time to do medical and schedule interview)..

Yeah, you can always check on the website that you are going to schedule the interview with.. it is on the left hand side.. next available interview date.. It is about a week to two weeks only ahead of today's date now.. about 7-10 days...

I just called DOS hotline again today and was told my Case is not in GUZ yet. The answer is totally different from what I got before. Very confused and frustrated about that.

Mine is lame too.. I just found out my lawyer messed up on scheduling our interview.. She entered her dad's passport (hukuoben) number wrong.. Had it been in somewhere else, it would be ok.. but since that is the first place it is needed, then I got really pissed.. Now we had to submit the "feedback" form on the page and hope it would be changed soon.. We also had to reschedule her interview to December 9.. oh, the lawyer heard a mouthful from me over the phone.. well, my wife was calling her but I started yelling.. We submitted the form on 11-30 (holidays), and nothing has been changed as of yet.. They said we would get a response within 1-2 business days..

Looks like for you they just haven't received the case yet? It is still in the warehouse?

her parents current address. For my mother, the profile I created is in English, I provided both (Chinese & English) for the address.

Yes, it was fixed just in 1 day.. also, because I sent in the email and attachment of her dad's passport in the submit feedback form on the left menu.. Also, they were very polite in their email (thanks, and please log in and check again to see the change...) .. so another thing fixed.. that's good.. now hopefully everything would be ready for the interview on December 9.. less than a week away.. dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

It should be delivered in two days? So it hasn't even been sent to Guangzhou yet? I'm afraid you might be waiting for a while then.. My DHL tracking was sent on Sep 9, and delivered Sep 24.. but look how long for them to change the "ready" status to "administrative processing".. over two months time.. I don't get where you case is.. Has it already arrived at Guangzhou?

I-130 Approval : 3/28/2013

Transfer to NVC : 6/12/2013

Case Complete : 8/25/2013

"Ready for Interview" (Ready to wait for 1-3 Months, this is official NVC letter transfer date) : 9/9/2013

DHL Tracking : arrived 9/24/2013

P4 Letter : 11/21/2013

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013
