Delay in recieving NOA1

Hey guys,

So my American fiance sent our application to the Dallas Lockbox 4 weeks ago (on the 18th September I believe). He didn't have it tracked in the mail (yep, I'm super pissed about this), but it obviously got there because his cheque has been cashed already. But we (well, he) still hasn't recieved the NOA1 - it's been four weeks.

Is it time to panic yet? Is there any way to contact anyone to make sure they did actually recieve it? Please help! I'm freaking out.

if your check was cashed don't be too worried this is confirmation they did receive your packet. Otherwise who would be cashing the check? Maybe wait one more week

If the check was cashed, then that means it was received. Did you not send the G-1145 in order to receive e-notifications? If you do not receive it in another week or 2, then call and ask to speak to a tier 2 immigration officer and see if they can take your info and give you your receipt number.

if it's to any help, we filed our petition on 27th of september, and we got the hardcopy 15th of this month, it's not four weeks though, but took longer than expected. But If i were you, i would call them.
