Hi there,

It might sound like a stupid question sorry but Im having trouble with the bottom of this page of the G-1145 its asking for applicant/petitioner full first name do I only have to put my husbands name there he is the applicant. It has a slash so I wasnt sure if it was asking for both our names or just his.

Thanks in advance

Amirah

Applicant and petitioner are the same things....if he is the US citizen applying for you, put his name :) You're the beneficiary.
