i thought i will not come on this forum till i get any contact from embassy but i have to come here again DOS say email embassy they will change into AP i send them mail they admit that my case is in AP from 30 days no on touch it from 23 sept 2013 no online status is change so i am confuse why every one in the forum get status change online but not mine and no contact from 30 days .i really didnt understand the situation.i send them mail they reply me on my very frist mail 30 days back very next day but when i send 2nd email no reply since then what to do .

I read the other day that someone was in AP for 18 months. I hope it is not that long for you, but there is no way to know--sorry.

I am USC by birth and my husband was in AP for 22 months. There is nothing that anyone can do to supped up this process. So you just have to wait ....

Oh yeah and I would like to add .... My husbands case never got updated unless I would send a emai every month.

I am USC by birth and my husband was in AP for 22 months. There is nothing that anyone can do to supped up this process. So you just have to wait ....

Oh yeah and I would like to add .... My husbands case never got updated unless I would send a emai every month.

Mg2012...same situation with my case iam also in AP completed 13 months and ongoing,was told by CO at the end of interview that you can get visa in 3 to 6 months but still waiting..........and the last update on my case was march 27 ,whenever e-mail islamabad embassy the reply is pending in AP...so its just pain ful process...

any way is your husband is still in AP or his visa is issued?

I would also like to know did your husband's visa get issued yet or is he still in Ap?

My husband is still in AP after 18 months

Haha that would probably be us! I wish noone the agony and frustration of being in AP this long- 18 months and counting....

I have tried making a new post aka new ? Where I would put in my whole "visa journey" but I don't know how. If anyone does, please let me know and I will let everyone ask any ?s they may have

How long u guys were married ? At the time of interview ?

We were married 1 year and about to have our first baby at that time.

His visa got issued after 22 months.
