07-14-2013: Marriage

08-12-2013: I-130 PD

11-04-2013: I-129F PD

02-21-2014: NOA2 for I-130( I-129F closed)

03-11-2014: NVC received case

03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

5/01/2014: AOS packet scanned

5/01/2014: IV packet scanned

5/21/2014: case completed. Woooowwww

6/26/2014: Medical Day

7/13/2014: Biometrics day

07/14/2014: Interview date ( First Anniversary) (L)(L)(L)

Are they transfering the files based on Last Name and not PD?

I'm confused about the way how they are picking up the files and sending them to different places.

any thougths?

I just got text and e-mail that case is transferred. yeaaaaaaa, can't wait till tomorrow to tell my wife smile.png

I checked my web case status and it has the same info like the one I got in the e-mail. Will case status be updated later to tell me where did they transfer it to?

(oh and my noa1 was on 10/3)

For October, transfers seem to be random. Some first week filers are waiting while 2nd and 3rd week filers have transferred.

To all the filers at Vermont, good news is they are working fast. Both of the August and one of the September filers who were transferred to Vermont have been approved!

You will get a letter in the mail in few days to indicate which service center your file went to. Alternatively, you can call them a day or two after your transfer and ask them about where your file went. Wait for a day at least before you call, just so their system gets update about ur i130 location.
