Well, it looks like I'm the last active October filer at Texas who hasn't been approved yet. Is anyone else still there with me? How about from the other service centers?

BTW, congrats to you guys!

still waiting. One SR says they have assigned our case to officer and the next SR says it will be assigned to officer soon. Don't know what to believe.

Update for peeps (will also update timeline)

Case # assigned June 10. (Nvc received May 20)

The guy was like, you'll need to wait 20-30 days to hear from us about anything before you need to do anything, etc (he repeated that when I asked for invoice # but I just went with it and did manage to get invoice #)

From what I understand with te guides, I can/will still go ahead with processing a receipt, etc.

SR requests. First one said it is with an officer. 2nd one said it will be assigned to an officer soon. They dont even stay honest in their service requests answers anymore.

TSC Approved 6/16!

I haven't been following all the posts about times to get to NVC very closely because they were too depressing. Now that we're approved, I want to know. Can anyone give me a summary of how long we'll be waiting for the next few steps?

Hang in there if you haven't received an approval yet! Good luck everyone.

Thanks for the link. I've actually got my NVC packet sitting here all completed, ready to be mailed. Is there a good thread or somewhere for me to see when I should expect NVC to receive the case, and how current NVC case completes? Also, should I expect to get an email in a couple of days saying the case was sent from USCIS to NVC?

You can check the NVC June group. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/498764-nvc-filers-june-2014/ However, they want you to read Salyn's Wiki first before posting any questions.

I believe TSC sends you an email when they ship your case to NVC. You'll probably receive the email within a week. :star:
