It's a service request, I called tier 2 last week and they gave me the same response. Now you have to wait, they will let you know what is happening with your file and tell u to wait x amount of time.

No I haven't had any response regarding that service request. Tier 2 told me to wait a week and it has been a week but no response. I have read somewhere in VJ that it takes them around 30-45 days to response to our service request, and at the end all they tell you is to wait.

I would gather you put in a service request? That is your service request # thats all.

There are alot of people at the 5 to 7 months not hearing a word. Hopefully the opening of the new service center in Overland Park, Kansas will start approvals soon. Nothing much can be done but wait.
