Hi everybody,

Can somebody please clarify if NVC requires any other documents from the petitioner except for everything that goes along with I864(proof of LPR/Naturalization, tax transcripts and paystubs) I am not sure if marriage certificate is required(for the petitioner not the beneficiary) If anyone knows please let me know, maybe theres a link here that I am missing that would be helpful. I am trying to put together all the required documents before we get our case number. LPR petitioned child in f2a category under 21.

i not see mention of DS-260 - so you might want to review that, a bit, nowish.

yes, thank you Darnell, i know about DS-260, just didnt include that. Pretty much know all the documents required, just wasnt sure about marriage/divorce certificates .
