Is the DS-230 and the DS 3032 no longer ?

I'm a touch confused, I've had my forms ready got when i get to the NVC stage for a few weeks now and when reviewing them and the guides im seeing mention of a DS-260 and a DS-261, however all the guides i can find are saying the latter.

Do i still send off the DS-230 and DS-3032 or have these been superseded with the above ?

Appreciate any help and info

You fill out the DS-261 online and it replaces the DS-3032

You fill out the DS-260 online and it replaces the DS-230. The major difference to there is the need for exact addresses from age 16.

At what point is this done and where ? there's nothing at all in any of the guides or any details about it online.

The DS-261 is submitted after you receive your case number from the NVC. The DS-260 is submitted after the immigrant visa bill shows "PAID" in the payment portal. The accompanying documentation for the DS-260 still has to be mailed to the NVC unless Electronic Processing is available for the country.

I presume the accompanying paperwork(certificates etc) is sent with the bar coded cover sheet once the IV bill is paid online ? So its in effect the same package of papers less the DS230 form.

No, they never were. Online forms and electronic processing are two completely different things. The only similarities they used to have was that most of the countries able to do online forms were also able or required to do EP.
