Questions about ds-230

Hi,

My spouse is about to mail ds-230. She will use fedex as postal mail takes a long time. But in instructions, it says use the envelope provided. Can she use fedex package?

Also, for 21a and 21b, what should she put? we have no children and in 14 she listed my name. is none better or N/A better

Are you sure? We mailed it via fedex to NVC the choice of agent form(the addresses maybe different)

Will need to look at old fedex receipts

N/A would be correct if there are no other persons mentioned in 14 or 19 because then that question would not apply to you.

My understanding also is that Fed Ex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes - and U.S. Priority mail is very affordable and fast. USPS also has Express Mail which is guaranteed overnight, and delivers to P.O. boxes

A PO-Box belongs to the US Post office and as such, only items sent through the US Postal service can be delivered to a PO-Box.

Items sent to NVC by courier like Fed-EX can be sent here: The National Visa Center, 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth NH 03801-2909.

You can send papers express priority mail for next day delievery for $14.40. Or you can save a few bucks and do it priority mail.
