Im trying to get ready to send my papers to the USCIS and start the process for my K1 visa

but i dont know which address to write in the cover letter about the filing location

do we have to go to any filing location close to our house? My fiance lives in MD

You can use the lockbox address in your cover letter. You won't know where your file will go until you are informed of what location your file was sent to

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

They'll transfer you to wherever your petition needs to be.

hello I need your help plz

we send our application for the K1 visa in October. we received our NOA 1. and a month ago we got a letter from the USCIS sending a CD back (our engagement party film) saying that they can not accept it since it was not in the correct format. And yesterday we got another letter saying that they are unable to complete our application without further information. like the TWO YEAR MEETING REQUIREMENT. and they send a list of things we can send. But we already sent them, Pictures, hotel accommodations, letters between us, mails, text messages, voice mails, invitation of our engagement party, etc. So we don't know what happened with the evidence we sent, it didn't get there? It got lost? or it is not valid? Plz if somebody can give us some advice of had the same problem plz. we will appreciate your help

I hope you didn't have all that in the CD. :)

It seems from what you've posted that you didn't submit any Primary Evidence. Photos, logs, emails, letters, those are all considered Secondary Evidence. You want to give them copies of boarding passes of flights taken to visit each other, copies of passport stamps showing entry/exit into one another's country.

Im trying to get ready for the interview because my Fiance recived the NOA2 already.

My question is about the form I-134 and the letter from the boss. who should it be directed for?

on the other hand, my other question is: after they send the documents to the embassy in my country, should i contact the embassy or wait for them to contact me??
