B2 Visitor Visa

Yo won;t be refused just because a spousal visa has been filed, but it can make approval more difficult. You need to show strong ties to your home country, reasons you will return- which is difficult with a immigration visa on file. If you have the money, it's worth a shot.

I agree with penguin, take evidence of strong ties to your homeland like proof of a mortgage,or rental agreement , a letter from your employer,a car ownership document, car parking at the airport, anything that will show that you have to return and will be returning, but at the end of the day it will all depend on the immigration officer who is at the port of entry and whether you can convince him of your intention to return home, i didnt have any trouble when i visited the USA while the K1 was ongoing, but like you i got myself all nervous,i was asked a few extra questions, and one question was how many times had i visted the US before? but when i offered all the evidence i had brought to show i would be going home, the officer just said '' nah its ok, i dont need to see all that, im satisfied with what you have told me '' Best wishes to you and your wife.
