V1 visa or IR-1 / CR-1 Visa ???

Hi guys! I have a problem, I got married in Peru with a permanent resident of the US, he is peruvian also but living in the US right now for 3 years, I'm signing up in this web page and I'd like to know what is my visa type???? If there's anyone in the same situation, please contact me!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!

He cannot file for a CR-1, that visa is only for a spouse of a US citizen, he would apply for a V type visa.

V type visa have F2 preference for via numbers, about 2-3 years to get. If he naturalizes, which he can do 5 years after becoming a legal permanent resident, he then would be able to apply for a CR-1 visa.

Family Second Preference (F2): Spouses, minor children, and unmarried sons and daughters (over age 20) of lawful permanent residents. (114,200) At least seventy-seven percent of all visas available for this category will go to the spouses and children; the remainder will be allocated to unmarried sons and daughters.
