I was just reading in the RFE's and someone suggested here, that if you have a signature on the document, i.e. the intent to marry form, so not send a copy of it, send the original, so i am wondering what i should do??

and one more question

for the passport style photographs, i have them in a clear plastic ziplock bag with a note saying "passport photos of....."

I thought I read this before on this website, would that be the correct way to do it??

thank you

Yes, any forms that you or your fiance(e) sign need to be originals, not photocopies. Letters of intent, I-129F, G-325a, etc.

There's no set way for the passport photos. I wrote on a piece of paper "Passport style photo of _______", but the photo in a ziploc bag, and stapled the bag to the piece of paper. I also wrote my first and last name on the back of my photo and the same with his.

The I-129F should be original document. The G325A should be originals. The Letters of Intent to Marry should be originals with your signature and date, but I was successful with copies. If I were you and because the Letter of Intent is so easy to recreate, I would make a copy and send the original.

Enclosing the Passport photos in a clear plastic bag, labled is perfect. Make certain to write your full name on the back of the photos.

That is correct, you need to send the original, G-325A forms, I-129F, and Letters of intent. They need to see the original signatures, also yes about the passport photos, write on the backs of them who the photo is of, as well as the photos that you submit as evidence of being together.
