well..hello before all...i want to ask one thing...me and my fiance(that i was with) broke our relationship in May...and we get NoA2 last day to check in 31 May...we just let it expire without answering... Now we r again together...so i want to ask if i still want immigrate to usa....do we need start all papers from begginings...with 6 months waiting for k1...or theres some shorten process...

There is no any other shortcut for this process. You have to start all over again presumed you already abandoned your previous approval of I-129F which had 4 months expiration. Good luck for the next steps.

Timeline

Did you receive packet 3? I found this thread where the embassy in Guangzhou said the beneficiary had up to a year to respond to packet 3. You/your fiance could try writing to the embassy and asking whether they can extend the validity of the NOA2. Good luck!
