Hi! I am new to this forum and I have been searching but i can't find the answer to my question from the forums. I just received the checklist from the US consulate in Singapore and it says here on the instructions that I need to submit the DS 230 immediately. Does this mean I need to submit this first whitout the checklist? Or do i just send it together with the checklist?ohmy.png

May you help me please? Thanks ahead! yes.gif

You need to send back to the embassy are the following:

1. Ds-230 part 1,

2. Checklist with sign and date

3. Visa payment receipt.

But you have to checked or verify to them if the ds-230 is still can use, because what i read from this website, since sept. 1 the ds 230 will change into ds 260.
