Got my I-134 forms and copy of Petition files ready to send to China, whats the fastest, safest way possible? Who should I use? Local USPS? FedEX?

Okay so as the title state, I finally got all my forms, employer letters, proof of income and everything all filled ou,t even filled out some of the forms like the DS-156, 156K, DS-230 and what not, I figure I'll get those done and send them to my fiancee also so she can use them.

Whats the fastest safest way possible to get these paperwork to her safely ? It contains all our original proof of having met in person, my flight tickets from my last two trips and everything I have on this Visa. It would not be a good thing to lose this package. Who should I ship it with?

Please advise, Thank you.

P.S. This package is getting sent to my fiancee in Chongqing, China.

Check with the Guangzhou consulate, the DOS is phasing out the DS-230 and going to the DS-260 at it foreign service outposts worldwide. They may now require the DS-260.

One final caveat, I would suggest that you make two complete copies of everything that you send. One copy for your records, and one copy for replacement use if the original is lost (hope that is unnecessary).

EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, for documents and merchandise, offered by postal operators of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

EMS is known as EMI - Express Mail International - in the U.S. It offers door-to-door tracking through any of its member countries, including China and the U.S. When it's handed off from one country to another, you have to switch to that country's web site - there's no single tracking web site. I expect that the Global Express package will be delivered by EMS (China Post) in China.

Darnell prefers DHL - but DHL won't deliver to many of the smaller cities in China. When I sent a package to myself through DHL, it was tracked to Guangzhou. The last entry was 'Handed off to third party for delivery - no further tracking will be provided'.

Took USPS about 6 days to send 5 lbs of my paperwork to my Fiancee in Liaoning Province from California a few months ago. Easy!

Okay with USPS Global Express Guarantee, it got there in about 1 weeks time! Make sure you write on the package, disclosing it as Business Papers/Documents. The usps worker just wrote that on the package and it made it there with no problems.

Have the address written in Chinese and English, also providing a phone number. Did good in insuring my package arrived safely.
