Hi everyone! After 1 year and almost 2 months of waiting, (file received at uscis 7/26/2012 yes, 2012!) we finally got the NOA2 approval!!!!dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

I had to stare at the USCIS case status screen like a dozen times!!!! So this is how it feels....priceless!!!dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

However, I am concerned to note that most of the CSC filers that got approved are still waiting on their MNL# from NVC. 4 to 8 weeks wait time? is this right?

Any thoughts from the seasoned experts here? any positive experience from those that filed from CSC??? Can the beneficiary follow up the MNL#? or still just the USC?

I sure hope we all get thru this final hurdle together. Praying for all of us now.luv.gif

Anyways, my happy thoughts are bubbling so i dont want to think about the wait time at NVC just yet. I'd like to take this opportunity to shout out a BIG THANKS to HANK!!! You are the best support for us. Really appreciate it specially the very informative guide.good.gifstar_smile.gif

Same goes to the rest of the very nice and friendly VJ people like Tahoma, Stephen, Leon, Stevie B, Bayareaguy, Penguine IE, The Patriot, and the list goes on....anyone i failed to mention, you know you are one of those that have made our journey bearable just for being there for us:)wub.pngkicking.gif

God bless you all and may we all get thru the NVC stage soon. Cheers!rose.gif

Congratulations! I have a friend who got his MNL number in 3 weeks, CSC too. But the normal time I've noticed so far is about 5-7 weeks. Get ready to bombard NVC with phone calls :P

YES!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!! I'm sooooo happy for you. Even though I got my NOA2 two months ago, I still had been checking the timelines periodically, hoping to see your show up in there. Finally. Congratulations.

I don't think you will have to wait that ling for the MNL, but, even if you do, things will go much faster now in comparison to what USCIS put you both through.

Just follow Hank's guide, and good luck. See you at the other end! :)

I am ecstatic too...I want to bake lasagna and make california maki and give it to all my VJ friends star_smile.gif sadly, you guys are all over there:(

you would laugh at how I blinked so much to check if i was seeing the uscis site right. and after that, i dialed my fiance's number and told him i wanna call it quits and wanna break up with him dry.png

but that is my way of telling him the good news....good.gif i know i know i am weird...but the whole waiting game brought me to that point eb0dfafc.gif

he caught up and was like REALLY????

and we both were so happy and discussed the next step. What he needs to send me, originals, those he can just email, etc. But we were both brimming with happiness.

Thanks for helping keep me sane Leon, really appreciate it:) I take it Mylen is there with you now? Please give her my warm regards.

If you can, please give me some heads up about the questions during her interview, CFO and medical as i could use the tips:)smile.png

Our interview is Sept. 25 - in 5 days. :)

The CFO went well, though, as did the medical. Arrive at 4:00 for each if you want to finish that day (no guarantees though). Here is my thread on the CFO: Everything you need I listed on the first post...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/441303-ready-for-cfo/

You really should follow Hank's guide for the process from beginning (now) to the end (flilght to USA), which is in his signature. Good luck. :)
