Alien Registration Number?? G-325A

I see that the G-325A Biographisc Information form asks for an Alien Registration Number. I assume I (being an American) do not have one. My possible fiancee (haven't met in person yet) is in the Philippines. Who gets assigned an Alien Registration Number? Where do you find this number?

Thanks in advance for any replies. I tried to search this topic but didn't find anything.

She probably doesn't have one, unless she's been here on a visa before. If she doesn't have one, you can leave it blank. She'll get hers when your petition is approved by USCIS. :)

If she has never been to the USA, she will not have an Alien registration number. However, she will after the case is approved. You'll see it on the NOA2.

More importantly, you stated that you have not met in person. Without proof of having met in person within the past 2 years, your petition for a Fiancee Visa will not meet with success with USCIS. There are exceptions, but they are typically religious and cultural in nature. And that probably does not apply to the 2 of you.

I'd suggest to you NOT to submit a K1 petition for someone you have never met. That's my opinion.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't actually applied for the visa yet. I am flying to the Phils on December 28. I'm just trying to get all my questions answered so I can complete the paperwork as soon as possible when the time comes.

What do you mean possible fiance??? What did you buy her on the internet or something?

Mate it is people like you that clog up USCIS with your phony internet brides, so people who have a genuine RELATONSHIP have to wait behined people like yourself.

My opinion is that you should not be intitled to any immigration benifits if you have not had an ongoing loving relationship with your so called 'possible fiancee'.

I don't know about you, but I think its pretty rational to actually meet someone in person before they become your fiancee. I haven't filed anything yet, so nothing has been "clogged up". If we do decide to get married, it will be for the right reasons. But, thanks for your concern.

ha ha ha ha, you people are really funny.

He told us what his situation is. Im not guessing.

Oh and I have the right to give my opinion on any post I choose. It works both ways.

People in this blokes situations should be discouraged in trying to bring a person he has NEVER met into the US, not that he will be successfull, however, people like you two just encourage this sort of behaviour.

:D
