I am really worried and confused about the civil documents , i am about to send ds-230 with its support documents for my wife and my 2 years son, my questions are:

1- i have this documents for my wife translated ( court & police, birth, marriage, certificates) but i have only birth certificate for my son. is it enough or i am missing any other documents?

2- do i need to send both cases together or separate by mail?

You mean DS-260 is a electronic form that you need to send.
