i m badly waiting for noa2....my priority date is march 15.......still waiting for noa2....i have msc before my priority date.....i don't know why the uscis do not concentrate to our case.....

Processing times for NBC/Lee's Summit, MO is about 8-9 months now.. Hang in there!

6/21/2013 -Married in Stockholm, Sweden 4/16/2014- Case received at NVC

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

8/26/2014 Medical

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

9/5/2014 Visa in hand

Removal Of Conditions:

10/29- Package sent to VSC

11/1 - NOA1

11/17- Received biometrics appointment letter

12/27/13 - NVC received I-130 approval package

01/31/14 - Fill the form DS-261

02/04/14 - AOS fee show PAID

02/10/14 - IV fee show PAID

08/08/14 - Sent civil documents

10/01/14- checklist for police certificate

10/14/14- scanned checklist

12/04/14 - CC

03/30/15- interview

Looks like NBC is working only 2 days a week. 8 days a month and 80 days a year. I don't mind paying them more money as expedite fees if that's what is holding them up.! Money.

We were all waiting for flood gates to open after 1st Oct. Still waiting for those flood gates. The excuse then was overland park new office opening. Now what's their excuse?

27 NOV: TSC; Transfered from NBC

3 Feb : NOA2 ( 296 days)

4 March: Shipped to NVC

11 March : Received at NVC

11 April: Case # assigned

18 April: paid both fees

9May: mailed AOS & IV packages

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

10 Sep: interview day; interview took 511 days from I-130 NOA1

Co znaczy msc przed moim datą pierwszeństwa?? What is msc before my priority date??

MSC stands for Missouri Service Center, which is now called National Benefits Center. The MSC code stayed the same for both NBCs in Missouri and Kansas.

Looks like NBC is working only 2 days a week. 8 days a month and 80 days a year. I don't mind paying them more money as expedite fees if that's what is holding them up.! Money.
