Because between USA and Phillippine have an immigration agreement and to avoid any ilegal immigration you have to have round trip..

in case in 90 days you change your mind...

Perhaps you could claim the return of the money if she won't go back in some king of credit with the airline.

and forget about swimming it is too far away

Most travel sites will allow one way tickets. Philippine Airlines will allow also and I think Korean air is the only one that wont allow 1 way tickets from Philippines?

Meaning no offense, but based on your recent joining of the site, and lack of knowledge about the PI VJ process, what makes you post this obviously incorrect info? One way tickets are the norm here. Maybe not from Colombia, but from the PI, yes.

Well I fly out there Monday and her interview is Thursday. :)

Took a little risk and bought her ticket because of the awesome price. Fly out Oct 8. (Knocking on wood and crossing fingers/eyes/toes and anything else I can cross).

Thanks :)

I've got a week after that before I head back to work, month total. Hope I don't have to use that because I want to use that time to get my fiancée settled in a little. Oh well... What's going to happen will happen.
